Private Fener Greek Secondary School and High School in Istanbul, one of the schools of minorities, was the new address of the school visits of the Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin as part of the preparations for the new academic year.

 

Minister Tekin was welcomed with flowers during his visit to Fener Greek schools of minorities. He received information from the authorities about the education activities carried out by the school.

 

Opinions were exchanged on the issues that the school needed, including the maintenance and restoration of the historical school.

 

Noting that they will provide the necessary support for the issues that the school needs, Minister Tekin said that they started the day by visiting the Fener-Greek Secondary School and High School which was founded in 1454 right after the Conquest of Istanbul and one of the most concrete examples of living together in peace, which is the main pillar of the Turkish-Islamic state tradition.
